Sunday’s Championship game was won with the winning goal scored by Avery Heap to bring the GU8 to victory, 1-0. “We are proud of our girls and how far we have come. We had lots of community support including Jose Martinez who volunteered his time and was gracious enough to come to practices and help our goalies and players prepare for their first ever tournament.
